Interested in a part time, work from home job?
Total|Local Media is looking for someone to work part-time in the interesting field of local journalism and media. We currently publish 1812Blockhouse and 1808Delaware, and we’re looking to expand to additional markets in the future.
In this position, you will be communicating with both news providers and readers. If you would like to write your own stories, you may have that opportunity as well.
This is a flexible position which has the potential to expand in hours and income. It is work-from-home so you need access to the internet and a smartphone, as well as moderate computer skills — including with Microsoft Word, online search engines such as Google, Bing, etc., and social media (Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram). Experience with WordPress would be a plus, as would residence in or easy access to either Richland or Delaware County, Ohio. The right candidate can work from anywhere, however.
At first this will be considered a ten hour a week position. You can also choose your own hours, as long as there is a uniform reporting time each day.
It is important that you are also trustworthy and care about the quality of the work which you perform.
